The basic premise is great. A (working) Tankmen RPG would be great, but so many things don't work. You need to make sure a game is fixed and able to play before you submit it. I hope you go and fix all the glitches and make a 10 star game.

but far from bad. The animation was pretty good and the story was decent, but the lack of sound was kind of a turnoff. I would suggest putting it to a good rock song and some more sound effects. Overall, it has room for improvement, but is definetly above average.

lol you know, I have only ever had to draw the Conscience like twice. Once was three years ago, the next was one year ago when I redesigned him. Because I keep recycling his artwork I never have any way to make him consistent.

To evolve Porygon, Hitler would need to have gotten the upgrade at the Sliph Co. buildng in Sapharon City then traded his Poryon while its holding it, then have had someone trade it back, which is doubful.

But I thought it was damn good. The ending of the last fight was kinda hard to follow, it got laggy and confusing. I would include something to make it appeal to the masses, but over all a great improvement over the last one.

Like I said, I appreciate the effort, but the neccesity to be animated isn't there. And I didnt like the looping. Maybe if you made one that would be improved by animation, but, no offense, this isn't it.
